RT FIT is the flagship fitness facility created by Ryan Terry, one of the most recognised names in the global fitness industry.
As a multiple Men’s Physique Mr Olympia champion, Arnold Classic champion and internationally respected athlete, Ryan Terry has built a brand known for discipline, performance and elite level training. RT FIT was designed to reflect that same standard through a premium fitness environment focused on atmosphere, energy and experience.
Lumacore was trusted to deliver the full LED lighting and commercial sound installation throughout the facility, helping shape an immersive environment designed around the identity of the RT FIT brand.
Across the main gym floor, a bespoke architectural lighting system was created using a wider 35mm x 35mm profile combined with high output cool white LED lighting to deliver a clean, sharp and modern aesthetic throughout the space.
The larger profile system was specifically chosen to create stronger architectural lighting lines across the ceiling while maintaining a premium minimal finish that complemented the dark industrial feel of the gym environment. The cool white LED output was carefully selected to enhance visibility, energy and focus throughout the training areas while giving the space its signature high performance atmosphere.
The result is a clean, seamless lighting environment that flows consistently throughout the gym floor while highlighting the scale, layout and premium finish of the facility itself.
One of the standout features of the project was the immersive spin studio, where the entire atmosphere of the space was designed around lighting and energy.
Using RGB Digital 60 LED tape integrated into a bespoke 3 sided architectural profile system, the lighting was designed to flow seamlessly from the walls into the ceiling lines, creating depth, movement and a fully immersive environment throughout the studio.
Careful consideration was given to the exact LED tape, profile design and diffusion used within the space to ensure the lighting remained clean, smooth and evenly diffused without visible spotting or harsh glare. The 3 sided profile system was specifically chosen to maximise the effect of the lighting from multiple viewing angles while enhancing the architectural feel of the room itself.
Combined with the integrated commercial sound system and intelligent control systems, the entire environment can be controlled instantly from a custom iPad interface, allowing lighting scenes, colours and atmosphere to adapt at the touch of a button depending on the class, mood or energy of the space.
From immersive workout lighting and integrated audio to intelligent smart control and architectural LED detailing, every aspect of the installation was designed to elevate the member experience and create an environment that feels unique to RT FIT.
